A bright and exciting blend of rotating high-altitude Colombian coffees available year-round.  

A cloud forest is a rare, high-altitude, tropical montane forest.  A vibrant burst of life and vegetation at the roof of the world, anchored to timeless soaring mountains that hold these forests in place like sentinels.  Just like its namesake, this coffee is built by combining small, rare lots with larger, more traditional and robust washed coffees.  The coffees chosen for this blend change regularly depending on availability and harvest, but the tasting notes and overall profile will remain as consistent as possible.  

The tasting notes are: crisp apple, honeydew melon, orange blossom, milk chocolate, and candied pecan.
