Using whiskey barrels from a Saint Arnold Brewing Company, we age our beloved Costa Rica Don Teofilo for at least 30 days to absorb the natural aroma and taste of the whiskey. Once roasted, this coffee takes on cupping notes of milk chocolate, all spice, muscat grapes, molasses, toffee, oak, and whiskey. It's smooth and subtle, and creates a natural flavor unlike anything else!
