Using Buffalo Trace barrels from a Saint Arnold Brewing Company, we age our beloved Costa Rica Yellow Honey for at least 30 days - capturing the rich caramel tones of this famous whiskey in every bean.  Once roasted, this coffee takes on cupping notes of milk chocolate, all spice, hazelnut, molasses, toffee, oak, citrus fruit and best of all - bourbon. 


Roast: Medium

Process: Barrel Aged, Washed
