Since 2013, we've experimented with aging our beans in their raw state in empty whiskey and wine barrels. We directly source our whiskey barrels from our friends and local brewery, Saint Arnold Brewing Company. Our wine barrels come all the way from Lail Vineyards in California. This process has allowed us to creatively experiment without compromising the quality and overall taste of our coffee. You'll find that each of the coffees in this series has subtle oak taste that creates a wonderful sensory experience. It's a unique way to enjoy the craftsmanship of both the brewery, the vineyard, and the roastery.
