Grown as part of Forrest Coffee’s project in Colombia’s highly regarded Tolima-Gaitania growing region, this coffee is a collaboration between over 40 small-hold farmers. After de-pulping and fermentation, these coffees are then processed and dried by brothers Emanual and Valentina at their farm La Roma, situated at an altitude of 1,920m. Boasting a silky, medium body with notes of cocoa nibs on the nose, this coffee finishes with an acidity reminiscent of sweet pineapple.
